Membership Application

To join, simply add the selected membership option to your cart and proceed through checkout.

If you would prefer to submit payment manually, print the application and send it to the address listed on the bottom of the page along with your application fee. The ITA will accept cash, checks, and money orders as forms of payment.  Please make sure to print legibly on the application so that your membership materials and magazine, if selected, will be sent to the correct person at the appropriate address.
