Rules of Sale
1) All animals must be skinned (Bobcat and Otter may be left whole, but must have the hard cities tag)
2) All furs received and auctioned will be in the order of the lot numbers. You must be with your lot or it will be moved to the end of the sale.
3.) All fur will be sold in trapper graded lots. All furs must be bundled in sizes with a lot # and what size and # of animals in the group.
4.) If a seller "no sales" all fur in their lot, there will be a $5.00 no sale fee.
5) Seller must accompany and handle their fur through the entire process. The sell is responsible to verify the count and is also to make sure the paperwork accompanies the fur during the sale.
6.) If a seller represents other individuals, they must have written verification to receive a check on behalf of that individual. (If a person must leave the sale before their lot is reached, they may designate, in writing, someone to represent them.)
No buyer may remove any prased for from eblintil llerave been ady the
buyer. (Green fur may still have to be removed from the heated building to prevent spoilage of green hides.) This will be determined at the time of the sale.
8) All buyers must settle all accounts and have paid for all fur before leaving the premises.
9.) All buying and selling of merchandise, other than fur, is prohibited on the grounds. All fur that is consigned via the I.T.A. will be offered and sold by the I.T.A. No side trading or sales or parking lot deals will be allowed. If this happens, both parties will be asked to leave and not return.
10.) All furs must be registered on a recreational hunting or trapping license.
11.) All commissions must be paid at the I.T.A. booth before you collect your checks from the buyers.
12.) All buyers must sign off on your lot of fur you buy. (If no sign off, you may be paying them twice)
